In the morning of 3rd Aug, we gather at the company with bright smile and joyful mood. We also have happy laughters and cheerful voices on the way.
Destination of first day is Xian yu shore. There is blue water in Xian yu shore , sea wind takes away the summer hot when it blow our face. Lot of staff dress the swimming suit with no delay when facing so beatiful sea, play in the sea , hide all worry deep in the sea. Second day we drive our cars to the next destination--Da lian sheng ya sea polar museum. Sheng ya sea polar Museum is made up of shengya sea world 、shengya polar world 、shengya coral world ,with plenty of special animal shows. We watch the dolphin、white whale and sea dog shows,and visit the first longest pass way aquarium and dinosaur museum of China in the sea.
With two day’s  self-driving travel ,we all feel the care and investment from the company, it strengthenes the bond of friendship of different department. We feel relax and get the praise and responsibility from company, all express they will contribut their work enthusiasm for the beatiful future of yong xing company.
--Yong Xing company carried out training ordered
In order to improve overall quality of in-service staff, reach the request of development for company and staff, decrease the failure rate of equipment effectively, Ben Xi Yong Xing company arrange trainning of 《equipment maintenance in summer》. The people who take part in this training are inspection and mechanic workers, and the lecturer is mechanic director Wang li wen . With many years experience, Director Wang express the detail description for every checking point from professional skill and practical work, encourage everyone to communicate with ecah other well in technique when working to the improving of personal overall quality.
In the sharing meeting after training , all people speak out freely ,mechanic monitor Xu liu xing emphasize again the importance of mechanics responsibility and ownership in the work. --Canteen reform achieve initial success
Worker canteen is an important place related every staffs’ health, clean environment and a nutritional diet is a basement request for a canteen .
In the middle of July 2013 ,according to the condition workers said and the real situation ,leader of Ben Xi Yong Xing company gives special order to the administration department :reform the canteen achiveable,implement the responsibility in the reforming process, implement to specially people ,form the accountability mechanism, sovle the problem completely.
Then administration define the reform matters after many times communication: they are get rid of pest,tableware washing and disinfecting,food purchasing and store reasonable,food menu adjust,health regional divide responsiblely to personal etc, we also public the document in the notice board,make the problem solved by the supervise of people.The following is like this:
1.To the condition in the canteen is wet and hot,we build a industrial fan to enhance the air circulate,decrease moisture content in the room.
2.Adust the food menu ,add many new food .
3.To the pickles ,we make it by ourself replacing purchasing and make the fresh one. It not only save the expenses ,but also make the staff health.
4.Canteen reform the condition that there is ort which our staff say,it ensure the staff on duty in night can get nice fresh food .
5. Environmental health definite principal and supervisor ,and Admin Specialist is in charge of the supervision.

--Carry away dust and leave clean

From July 2013 to now Ben Xi Yong Xing spraying system start to be used, main road and store’s environment get change obviously, but because of the restrict of working condition,the soil will be piled up at the front door of the warehouse,it not only bring potential safety hazard (easy to fall because of lubricous muddy water),but also block we achieve the environmental health target.Company executive deputy general manager Sha yun de call us together to dicuss and make a decision: make a ditch in front of the laboratory、maintenance room、warehouse, to wash the soil into the ditch when daily washing.
In order to make good use of ditch and get good result of environmental health, Ben Xi Yong Xing company security send the 《attention when slag tanker load》 to every slag tanker driver ,tell them the times they can load and penalty cash if the dust was blowing by the wrong operaion of driver.
In the afternoon of 24th,Aug 2013 General Deparment and administeration check the location of production together temporary,special to the location of bulk load store. Every slag tank move slowly to the appointed location under the guide of the cotroller ,slag tank’s body is also cleaned at the appointed location ,where we remove the little slag back to the tank, keepping the road clean.
Now when you see the ground of bulk load store ,everywhere is clean and tidy, yellow ditch is not only beautiful and practical ,but also gives us a beautiful “scenery line”. From now on, Ben Xi Yong Xing company will do a stict job on supervising the environment of main road and bulk load store with the right standard. Make Ben Xi Yong Xin company’s “scenery line”always continue by the district person in charge practicable and rewards and punishment coming on.
