The productivity of Zhengzhou Longxing drilling workshop has made great progress

Since May, Zhengzhou Longxing drilling workshop has adopted a series of measures, and together with the joint efforts of the workshop director, group leaders and all staff, the productivity is steadily improving.
Firstly, the workshop strengthens the training of staff operation skills and the quality standards knowledge, so that employees could fully understand the direct impact of the production efficiency and product quality on personal incomes. And through humane management and competitive compensation mechanism, the resignment is minimized.
Secondly, the workshop strengthens the check and maintenance work of machineries and equipments, and runs the equipments’ 3 level maintenance through the whole production process. Equipment management departments carry out various types of trainings so as to improve operators’ understanding of the equipment performance, and through monitoring and inspection mechanism, equipment management departments make employees form the sense of consciously maintenance. The equipment usage departments actively cooperate with the guidance work on employees' daily operations so that they could make employees aware of the crucial and importance of the routine maintenance of the equipments. And, by reducing equipments’ broken time, the efficiency and productivity are improved. Meanwhile, through continuous optimization of operational processes and the improvement of production technology, it can always be ensured that machineries and equipments are always in optimal working conditions.
And, to further inspire staff’s working enthusiasm and vigor, and fully muster employees’ enthusiasm and creativity, the workshop introduces a variety of incentive programs. No pains, no gains. The workshop links employees’ personal incomes with workshop production, and due to the improvement of salary distribution system, the employees’ incomes and products’ production are synchronously growing.
About the working environment, the workshop works hard to create a harmonious working environment through the improvement of soft and hard conditions. SOFT-- Managers incorporate people-oriented management philosophy into the work in the daily management process, and set human as the starting point everywhere, which forms an employment mechanism that is flexible dynamic. HARD-- the weather of Zhengzhou Longxing Company gradually turns into heat after May, and in order to give employees a more comfortable working environment, the workshop installed industrial fans, plumbing fans and other facilities.
Through all these measures and efforts, the daily output of Zhengzhou Longxing Company’s drilling workshop has upgraded to 7300 or so from the original 5300. In the future, Zhengzhou Longxing Company will further adjust and improve the management processes of other workshops and work together to promote the company on a new stage!
