Longxin company safety and 5s inspection with good results

In order to strengthen the broadcast of production safety, improve the safety consciousness. Zhengzhou Longxin company merged safety and 5 s inspection at the middle of May. And ask for each department director or above management personnel to actively take part in the organization's safety and 5s weekly joint inspection activities. They will check the health environment, workshop safety and illegal operations and so on. Every time after the inspection the inspectors will summarize all found problems and submit them to general manager to carry on the summary. General manager dept. will issue the checking results to each department in the form of meeting and ask them for make rectification within deadline. Later the general manager dept. will check the rectification. As to the programs without being finished, we will give them negative incentives. Through above inspection, self-inspection, mutual inspection ways of promoting safety and 5s inspection activity, we are trying to make the safety in production and cleaning and maintenance work to form a closed loop.

Now after a month of operation, we have seen the good effects of this activity. Nowadays, pallet racks have been put in order at a chosen area. Besides, we have also set the limit of height and  quantity standard; The most troubling part in drilling workshop has also effectively been improved; Welding workshop has specially welded the waste bin for classifying the workshop waste generated in the place...
