Changes can make a continuous progress

Editor’s notes: since July 2016, Henan province started air pollution prevention and control. Xinzheng city was the first one to ask different companies to suspend production for rectification. To respond the call from government to win this battle, Zhengzhou Longxing company will completely discontinued the first procedure at the end of July, and will have a “carpet” swap for the factory’s environment. After cleaning, all people think it will pass this check certainly, but is the fact really so?   

Eventually, the day of the environmental inspection teams come to check. At the end of checking, they still point out tons of rectification suggestion for this company. Although this company passed the acceptance after their own rectification, however, more need to be thoughtful, why does it still need to be rectified when we think it’s perfect but can not be accepted by others?

The reason for the problem should appear in everyone's mind, we thought the stereotypes that lead to pay no attention to the problems and become accustomed to. See from rubbish baring, we take it for granted,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        cause no rubbish in this kind of company is impossible; more puddles in workshop, it makes people feel like our workshop needs water to production; workshop inspection, new employees tend to do better than the old staff. Because the old staff believe they have better technology skills and work experience, then they would not take it so serious when they do the equipment maintenance work; but for these new employees who are not so skilled will do each item of their work carefully according to provision. Old workers turn into “red” by the environment of reality, it leads to the daily work carry out is constantly going back. And the company is also keeping declining in because of this.

We hope business can be continued forever, but concept, technical and method must be updated, only with constant change, change minds, companies and individuals can continue to make progress.
