A GREAT AND SUCCESSFUL MAINTENANCE

In order to make the equipment to be safe and the production run smoothly.Yongxing company Benxi branch stopped the production and maintain the equipment from 9th June to 15th June. Maintain the equipment in good working condition has been the top priority for Benxi branch.June is the hot sale season,how to balance the maintenance and production is very important.Deputy general manager Lin Qianyao organized different departments heads in the meeting for discussion,required production department must complete the maintenance in the short period of time ,all other department should try their best to cooperate.

The production manager Lin Pingguang leaded all the mechanics to start the pre-deployment. On the one hand,to clarify the maintenance management responsible person and position responsibility, follow up maintenance progress and completion status.On the other hand,to organize all the mechanics to join the maintenance safety training and inform them the matters needing attention before maintenance.This task was giving a very limit time, the technical requirements were difficult and full of cross operation.They were busy all day and night.June is the rain season ,Production manager and other employees worked over time and doing their best to complete the task with no fear,on 4Am of 11th June ,they fully completed maintenance of 3production line in advance.

This maintenance was successful,ending with all people’s hard working.Their spirit of not being afraid of difficulties and hard working is also an example for every employee to learn from.In the future,Benxi will continue to maintain this good working momentum,focus on production and ensure product quality,to contribute themself to the development of the company.
