Bangkok Trip--New Ways of School-Enterprise Cooperation

In order to implement the company's policy of talent introduction and cultivation, and effectively promote the construction of the company's talent reserve system, on June 13, 2023, Wang Xing, HR & Administration Manager of Thailand Yongxing Company, and his delegation went to Huachiew Chalermprakiet University and had a meeting with the university on school-enterprise cooperation. On June 14th, he attended the "2023 Sino-Thai Talent Open Campus Recruitment Fair" held at Dhurakij Pundit University.

Huachiew Chalermprakiet University is a medium-sized international university with excellent academic level in Thailand, which is also the only university that is built and managed by Chinese donations and is not for profit, and the university has opened the Chinese undergraduate program of the Chinese Department from the date of its establishment, and has graduated eleven students. In the afternoon of June 13th, the Thailand Yongxing Company held a school-enterprise cooperation negotiation with Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. HR & Administration Manager Wang Xing and his team of 3 people, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University and the Dean's assistant of 2 people, 3 teachers of the Cooperative Education Center participated in the talks.

During the meeting, the participants watched the promotional video of Thailand Yongxing Company, and Wang Xing, the HR & Administration Manager, introduced the development situation of the company and the personnel demand plan in detail, and at the same time expressed the expectation for this cooperation and the intention to carry out more in-depth cooperation with the school in the future. On the school side, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts also made a brief introduction on the basic situation of Chinese Department students at the meeting; the head of the Cooperative Education Center put forward the "establishment of a combined mode of cooperative education and engineering education" on the direction of future cooperation, that is to say, the school and the company can carry out academic cooperation in the support and promotion of cooperative education and engineering education to support students' application of theoretical knowledge to practice and synchronize the development of their knowledge and skills in practice, so that they can meet the needs of enterprises for sustainable development. This model of cooperation is of great benefit to all three parties: enterprises, schools and students. At the end of the meeting, both sides reached a preliminary consensus on school-enterprise cooperation.

After careful planning and preparation, on June 14th, Thailand Yongxing Company led by HR & Administration Manager Wang Xing participated in the on-site recruitment activities of "2023 Sino-Thai Talent Open Campus Recruitment Fair", which was attended by more than 100 Chinese enterprises, and more than 800 Chinese students, Thai students and professionals from all walks of life in Thailand participated in the event. In order to facilitate job seekers to find their favorite jobs, Thailand Yongxing Company has placed company profile information, job information, photos of the company's office and living environment, etc. in front of the booth, and the personnel in charge of on-site recruiting even more enthusiastically provided job information consulting and other services for job seekers. By the time of writing, there are several people who have successfully passed the interview process of the company through this job fair and are expected to join the Thai Yongxing family in mid-August.
