It covers five aspects: SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU and SHITSUKE. It aims to enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise by standardizing the workplace, improving work efficiency, and enhancing employee quality.

During the implementation of the Department of Personnel Administration, the five aspects of 5S management were fully reflected. First of all, the department places the required items in the convenient location and state to ensure that the working environment is neat and orderly by sorting. Secondly, during the rectification stage, the department had positioned the items, clarified the placement, quantity and logo, and improved work efficiency. Thirdly,cleaning again and cleaning work has renewed the office environment, creat a comfortable and bright working space for employees. Finally, through the cultivation of employees' literacy, employees have developed the work habits of civilization, politeness and regulations, as well as improved the overall quality.

     After nearly a month's efforts, the 5S management of the Department of  Personnel and Administration has achieved remarkable results. Nowadays, the office area is neat and orderly. The folder, file box and other items are all labeled with uniform labels, which are neatly placed. Employees will consciously organize the working environment in accordance with the 5S standard after the work every day, and develop a good job habit. In addition, the implementation of 5S management has also strengthened the cohesion among colleagues. Everyone's efforts and courageous spiritual style have been fully demonstrated.
