In 2024, the third batch of outstanding Nigerian employees of Nigeria Yongxing Steel Company will travel to China. This is not only a trip across borders, but also a journey of the soul. This trip started from the thousand-year-old capital Beijing, crossed the prosperous city Shanghai, and then to the quaint Fuzhou, and finally arrived in the vibrant Guangdong. Along the way, the outstanding Nigerian employees personally experienced China's 5,000-year historical and cultural heritage and the prosperous charm of modern cities.
In Fuzhou, the outstanding Nigerian employees had the honor to visit the group headquarters. Mr. Lin Qiantao, Chairman of Qunfeng Investment Group, and Mr. Wang Quanfa, Executive Deputy General Manager of Yongxing Company of Nigeria, met with them in person and expressed their warm welcome. This is not only an affirmation of their work achievements, but also an expectation for their future career development. At the welcome party, the outstanding Nigerian employees spoke freely and shared what they saw and heard in Beijing and Shanghai. They were shocked by China's development speed and proud of China's achievements. During the tour, the outstanding Nigerian employees went deep into the streets and alleys to explore the mysteries of Chinese culture. They visited ancient temples and monuments, and felt the thickness and splendor of ancient Chinese culture; they tasted traditional Chinese food, experienced traditional Chinese festivals and folk activities, and felt the breadth and depth of Chinese culture. In the exchanges with the Chinese, they not only felt the enthusiasm and hospitality of the Chinese people, but also had a deep understanding of China's lifestyle, values and habits, and experienced the unique charm of Chinese culture. This trip to China not only gave the excellent Nigerian employees a deeper understanding of China, but also gave them a new understanding of the company's development.
