Optimizing planning structure for foundry industry and promoting the rapid developmentof the foundry industry

     Nowadays, Chinese foundry industry should clearly define the overall planning and layout. Its framework contains industry integration of the foundry raw and auxiliary materials, of foundry equipments, of special crafts foundry products with regional characteristic, special foundry industry integration, training base of education for the foundry industry, extension of industrial chain of industrial integration, casting R & D center and foundry professional exhibition and Network Journal etc about eight areas of foundry cultural industries,focusing on cultivating,supporting the construction and development of the special industrial integration.
   Optimizing planning structure for foundry industry, which make detailed regional planning for the development of the foundry industry in China, as well as lay a solid foundation for Chinese foundry industry integration development, and make a significant contribution to the transformation and upgrading of Chinese foundry industry. The Secretary-General of International mould Association Luo Baihui says that, To achieve the transformation and upgrading  as soon as possible , Chinese foundry industry must start from the following five aspects:
    First, to spare no effort to promote the implementation of< the foundry industry 12th Five-Year development plan >". As a programmatic document guiding the whole industry during the "12th Five-Year development, "Plan" is based on the current development of Chinese foundry industry and the problems faced, and establishs the scientific concept of development as the theme, sticking to adjust structure, promoting transformation and promoting change in development, promoting development in the transition, to realize goals and strategies of Chinese foundry industry from big to strong. Second, to promote optimum structure during the implementation of the industry accessible.
   Third, to strengthen the driving role of the independent innovation in the transformation and upgrading.
   Fourth, to use advanced technology to improve and upgrade traditional industries, guiding the foundry industry continuously to use and promote new technologies, new crafts, new processes, new equipments, new materials, reforming the existing facilities, equipments and process conditions .
   Fifth, to try to promote the work of energy conservation, promoting the development of green and low-carbon industry.
