To Meet the Maintenance - Technical Training

After entering in November, the Northeast officially entered the winter. As the weather gradually become cool, Benxi Yongxing company will also usher in winter maintenance, annual maintenance is one of the company's annual focus. Maintenance work is to thoroughly check the equipment, maintenance equipment, safe production for next year to prepare for the bedding. The maintenance of the most important thing is the equipment, which is for skilled workers, such as soldiers fighting weapons, we must understand its performance. Improving workers' understanding of equipment performance will be able to extend the aging of equipment, maintain production stability, reduce equipment investment, and increase business efficiency. In order to reduce the loss caused by human error, and let the skilled workers know the importance of overhaul, on November 4, 2016, Benxi Yongxing, general manager of the company participated in the winter maintenance personnel, which is the equipment maintenance training. At the training meeting, boss Sha always pointed out that one of the important principles of maintenance is to save costs this year.  As Benxi Yongxing’s equipment are used a longer period of time, some parts are in serious damage. First, boss Sha said that this winter will be full of difficulties. Secondly, due to the technical level of the company's mechanics are limited, and there is no professional technical training, boss Sha has done a comprehensive analysis of the whole related knowledge.

After the training, the Ministry of Human Resources organized all the staff to make sure everyone is involved in the maintenance of the examination, the purpose is to pass the examination to strengthen the mechanics of the maintenance, which has a lot of importance to improve the overall level of maintenance work to achieve the best results.
