Unite Yongxing, Enjoy labor

On 15th June, personnel of all departments of Benxi Yongxing Co., Ltd took part in a thorough surrounding environment cleaning to guarantee the whole hygiene conditions under the leadership of company’s vice president Lin Qianyao.

The activity had two purposes. One was to improve the working and living environments while the other was to strengthen the coordination and cohesion among colleagues and evoke the employee’s sense of ownership. In the process, every department was designed a specific region and implemented the contract and responsibility system. All the people not only coordinated and interworked mutually, but also helped each other and plowed into the activity, no matter he was a leader or general staff, an elder or relatively young person. Tasks, including cleaning garbage, trimming trees, clearing weeds etc., proceeded in perfect order. And particularly, the production department did an extraordinarily good job under the production manager’s guidance and assistance of each foreman. It swashed the glass of the three-floor office building with forklifts, cleaned the neglected corners of rooms’ roofs, and also made a thorough cleaning over the out walls and glass of employee’s apartment and company’s garbage.

Recently, the temperature of Benxi during the day could even reach 40 Centigrade degrees. Working under a boiling sun, all the staffs were soaked with sweat after only a few minutes’ labor. Though dirty, kind of painful and tiring the task was, it did cause any complaint. And on the contrary, every one finished their work on the principle of guaranteeing both quality and quantity and comprehend the joy of labor.
