Smelting Workshop of Thailand Yongxing Company Start to Produce Smoothly

    On the evening of December 30, 2020, after sufficient preparatory work, the smelting workshop of Thailand Yongxing Company began to feed materials for trial production. That night, the workshop was brightly lit, and the production process related personnel were busy and orderly. At 22: 18, with the implication of auspicious and festive firecrackers sounded in the workshop, the intermediate frequency furnace began to start work. On December 31 at 01: 58 AM, along with the furnace slowly lifting tilt, red hot metal began to pour into the ladle, the moment of steel splashing like a festival flowers full bloom, in celebration of the first furnace hot metal smoothly come out. Then the ladle was safely hoisted into the continuous casting platform, and the equipment was started normally. All the billets were released at 2: 16 am according to the set process. The smelting trial production was a one-time success!

    “We adopt reasonable production processes such as oxygen blowing into furnace and ladle bottom blowing, which have high purity of molten steel and good alloy performance. With the LF furnace put into operation at the end of January, the steel purity and steel grade optimization will be further improved!” Smelting workshop director Yin Zhengwu confidently said, “In the next stage, the production department will further optimize the production process, strengthen the reasonable cooperation between intermediate frequency furnace and every work section. Under the premise of ensuring product quality, strive to meet the monthly output and annual target even break the company's set requirements!”

    Since the civil engineering excavation of the smelting workshop of Thailand Yongxing Company at the end of 2019, under the direct leadership of senior management and the full support of brother companies and the close cooperation of the company's relevant departments, after more than one year's hard work, our company gradually completed the civil construction, equipment installation of the construction task. All the employees are working hard, day and night to advance the implementation of three sets of intermediate frequency furnace trial production, two sets of continuous casting machine trial production and a number of trial production preparation work in smelting workshop. Now, the smelting workshop of Thailand Yongxing Company has the capacity of formal production!

    The success of the one-time trial production of the smelting workshop of Thailand Yongxing Company marks the new stage of formal production of Thailand Yongxing Company in the Thailand steel industry on the grand plan added a thick ink!

Despite the hard work, the yellow sand will be blown out and the gold will be received.  I believe that perseverance of all members of Thailand Yongxing will make us fruitful tomorrow.
