Team Cohesion and Execution

Execution, as its name implies, is the effectiveness of execution, which is the ability to turn goals and ideas into results. If we want to build a harmonious team and promote its development and growth, we must have strong execution. Recent studies have shown that among the elements of  success of an enterprise, decision-making accounted for 30%, execution accounted for 60%, and other elements accounted for 10%. The practice of countless companies has proved that execution is the life of an enterprise. Without strong execution, an enterprise does not have competitiveness.

Execution is a direct manifestation of individual execution ability and the overall quality of the team. The individual is an important part of the team's execution, and the team is the key execution part of the company's actual combat. Although each marching ant is very small, and it can be washed away or drowned by a drop of water, once they are combined, will has amazing power. Worker ants are in the outer circle, soldier ants and small ants are inside, passed in groups. This kind of scene is very tragic, and many members will be sacrificed, but no ant will retreat. Western bibles have also borrowed the wisdom of ants, saying that ants are so small and weak that anyone can dispose of them at will. However, even the king of beasts has to retreat from their team. It doesn't matter if the individual is weak or not, but if you cooperate with your partners, you can become a giant. How can the heroic spirit and strong team spirit displayed by the little insects for the overall survival be untouching? The spirit of ants deserves to be remembered and studied forever.Sweeping across everything, holding their nerve, forging ahead in unity and carrying all before one are also an important enlightenment for the individual employees and teams .We are not only need to learn the spirit of ant division of labor, but also learn ants unite and work together. Only in this way can we create core competitiveness and long-term competitive advantage to ensure a leading position in the industry.
