Secondly, strictly implement the shift handover system. The team leader shall supervise the staff to carefully hand over the safety production records, process adjustment, site health and other information, to ensure the implementation of the principle of "five to five no to pay".

 Moreover, strengthen the on-site standardized management. The team leader shall promote each team to advance into the field operation steps and quality

 Real-time supervision to ensure the effective implementation of the site system, environmental safety, good equipment operation, operation procedures, operation quality of the standard.

 In addition, the team leader should also strengthen the hidden trouble investigation work. Follow the hierarchical management system of hidden dangers, implement the management responsibility, increase the frequency of inspection of production sites, safety equipment and various systems, and timely find and manage the hidden dangers. For the review of the unqualified situation, resolutely do not organize production.

Finally, the team leader should pay attention to the safety training work. Enhance the safety awareness of employees by improving the planning and pertinence of the training.
