Safety in production - take it seriously!

Often we hear the phrase: "Be careful, be safe!" Although there are only a few words, there are too many meanings behind this sentence: it has both care and warning, but also a kind of reverence for life. The so-called care is because your family expects to see a healthy you with a blossoming smile; the so-called warning is for you to do this dangerous and difficult work seriously and not to be careless. Let's not say how deeply people will understand this phrase, but the circumspection of prevention is something everyone must think about and must do!

Safety is a prerequisite for production, but also the basis of life, there is no room for negligence and slackness during the production process. We must have a "nail effect" of consciousness, prevention, always be vigilant, it is essential to firmly establish the concept of "safety first, prevention as the priority." ; however, in our daily production, the individual staff do not pay attention to the safety of the production of the problem still exists.

At the same time, in July, the Safety Department of Thailand Yongxing Company also organized and carried out a special training on preventing scalding injuries. The training mainly covered potential scalding areas in the production workshop, safety protection at the work site, protective measures for employees to avoid being scalded themselves and emergency treatment after scalding. Additionally, the training included on-site explanations of accident cases and safety precautions, aiming to deepen employees' understanding of the hazards of gas leaks, correct subconscious hazards in daily operations, and enhance their awareness of safety protection.

In practical work, Thailand's Yongxing Company not only conducts regular "three-level" safety education for new employees, all-staff safety education, and training on typical accidents but also places emphasis on providing specialized skill training for employees in special job roles, ensuring that all such employees obtain certification for their positions with a 100% rate. Additionally, the company fully utilizes safety production weeks, safety production months, and employee training programs, using various forms like knowledge competitions and on-the-job drills to promote employee learning and mastery of safety knowledge. This ensures that employees are proficient in their tasks and skills, remain calm and composed when handling exceptional incidents, and prioritize safety in all situations.

From the moment we came into this world, the word "safety" has echoed in our ears countless times. It is embedded in the devout prayers of our mothers, the hopeful expectations of our fathers, and the smiling faces of friends and colleagues. "Honey, go around the pile of rocks ahead," this is mother's guidance; "Child, stay away from the small river beside you," this is father's admonition; "Classmate, please study seriously," this is the guidance from teachers educating students; "Comrade, remember to wear your safety helmet," this is the company's requirement for its employees.

Fellow colleagues, for the development of the company, for personal safety, and for the happiness of our families, let us take "safety" seriously. Because only with safety in our hearts can we hold our lives in our hands. Safety in production requires the collective efforts of all of us, safeguarding the journey together!
